1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing ph622.org or creating a ph622 Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ph622 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

2.3 ph622 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 If you access the ph622 Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3.1 To be eligible to register and use ph622, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on its own behalf);
• Be physically located within the Philippines at the time of use, unless applicable law expressly permits access from your jurisdiction;
• Hold a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS for account verification;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph622 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology suppliers;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by ph622, PAGCOR, or any other gambling regulatory authority.

3.2 ph622 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine identification confirming age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.

3.3 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. ph622 accepts no liability for losses incurred by Users who have misrepresented their eligibility.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered ph622 Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ph622 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify ph622 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Transfers Prohibited. ph622 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any balance, bonus, or rights associated therewith to any third party.

4.5 KYC Verification. ph622 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing withdrawals. You must successfully complete KYC verification — by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID — before any withdrawal request will be processed. ph622 may suspend or restrict Account functionality pending KYC completion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph622 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods currently available to Philippine users: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), USDT, and Coins.ph. ph622 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Currency. All deposits and wallet balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, conversion to PHP is applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. ph622 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as set out in Section 4.5. Verified withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may require up to three (3) business days. ph622 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits. ph622 may apply minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day, as published in the Account dashboard. High-value withdrawals may require additional verification.

5.6 Third-Party Payments. ph622 will only process withdrawals to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ph622 Account holder. Deposits received from third-party accounts may be returned without processing. This policy is maintained in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. ph622 may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant Account balances as notified to the User at the time of dormancy classification, in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 ph622 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to Users. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the Bonus is offered.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements typically range from 15× to 35× the Bonus amount and vary by promotion.

6.3 Bonuses are offered to individual, verified ph622 Account holders. ph622 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any Bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: duplicate account registration, collusion, the use of automated betting software, or any form of exploitation of bonus terms.

6.4 ph622 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses that have not yet been activated or credited are not vested rights and may be withdrawn without compensation.

6.5 Users who opt into ph622's responsible gaming deposit limit tools may have their eligibility for certain high-value promotions restricted, in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules. Each game offered on the ph622 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules applicable to that game.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All ph622 slot games and virtual casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are governed by the rules of the respective game.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game disruption, ph622 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund the corresponding stakes to the User's wallet. ph622 is not liable for losses arising from system failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Error Correction. In the event that an incorrect game result, payout, or odds are displayed due to a software or human error, ph622 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust payouts accordingly, even after funds have been credited to a User's Account.

7.5 Bet Limits. ph622 applies minimum and maximum bet limits across all game categories. These limits are displayed within each game or table interface. ph622 reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph622 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one ph622 Account;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose under Philippine law;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain credits or winnings not legitimately won;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any ph622 software or security measure;
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or ph622 Account credentials without their explicit authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that may damage ph622's reputation, systems, or other Users' experience;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without disclosing such access.

8.2 Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be void and forfeited. ph622 may pursue civil and criminal remedies available under Philippine law against Users found to have engaged in fraud or other illegal conduct on the Platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Restriction. ph622 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. The Company conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. ph622 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your Account for a chosen period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from ph622 for a minimum period of six (6) months or indefinitely.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to self-exclude from ph622 must submit a written request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of the request. During the self-exclusion period, ph622 will take reasonable steps to prevent the User from creating a new Account or receiving marketing communications.

9.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. ph622 urges all Account holders with minors in their household to ensure that their Account credentials are kept confidential and that minors cannot access the Platform through shared devices or accounts.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 ph622 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements. A full description of how ph622 handles your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10.2 By using ph622, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including disclosure to PAGCOR or other competent Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law.

10.3 ph622 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, to protect User data from unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the ph622 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, source code, databases, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of ph622 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph622 Platform solely for your personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

11.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph622 content without prior written authorisation from ph622.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph622 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

12.2 ph622's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph622 Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 ph622 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph622 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or third-party service failures beyond ph622's reasonable control.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph622's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 ph622 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms;
• ph622 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• The User's Account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory investigation;
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

13.2 User-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your ph622 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks.

13.3 Sections 7 (Gameplay Rules), 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Disputes) shall survive termination of your Account.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and ph622, you agree to first contact ph622 support at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. ph622 will acknowledge dispute submissions within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

14.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with ph622 within 30 days of submission, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures. ph622 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to Clause 14.3, any unresolved legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 ph622 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph622 will notify registered Users via SMS to the registered mobile number and/or via in-account notification, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or PAGCOR directive.

15.2 The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated each time the Terms are revised. Continued use of the ph622 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2 prior to the effective date of the change.
